Executive Chef
Responsible for leading and directing all Hotel/Restaurant culinary operations. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership and training of the culinary staff, while overseeing restaurant culinary operations and cost and inventory controls. He/she will also work with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop new and innovative menu while developing a strong presence in the community. He/she must have 4+ years-prior Culinary Management experience in an upscale fine dining environment. Must have strong Kitchen administration skills. Strong knowledge of controlling labor costs. Extensive knowledge of Restaurant operations and knowledge of purchasing and inventory controls and Strong Organizational and time management skills to include strong HACCP and sanitation knowledge.
Maintenance Engineer – (F/T) (1)
Responsible for maintaining and repairing all mechanical equipment by performing various tasks, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, to ensure the Hotel is well maintained. This individual will maintain, inspect, test and repair all mechanical areas and equipment in need of repair. Individual performs preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as scheduled. 2+ years hotel maintenance experience is preferred. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Controller
He/she will have hands on participation in month end and year end closing
activities. He/she will direct the preparation of the annual budget and the
required forecasts for the Rooms and Food & Beverage departments. He/she
will provide oversight and assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
and Payroll functions. He/she will manage the cash flow; prepare weekly and
monthly profitability reports. This individual will also supervise two
accounting staff persons. He or she must have a BS in Accounting or
equivalent 4+ years experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, a
thorough understanding of GAAP, strong analytical and problem solving
skills, solid written and verbal communication abilities Expert Level
Proficiency in Excel and strong computer experience.
Barista (P/T) (1)
This individual will prepare and serve coffee beverages in a professional and
courteous manner to patrons of the Lounge at the Park while ensuring the Hotel's
high quality standards are met. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer
service skills and must be able to communicate effectively and in a professional
manner. He/she must have strong food and beverage knowledge. Micros and Open Table
experience is preferred. The server must be able to early mornings this position is for weekends only.
Turndown Attendant (P/T) (P.M.)
He/she is responsible for turning down designated guestrooms to ensure the
Hotel's high standards of cleanliness and quality are met. Responsibilities
include, turning down the bed, emptying all wastebaskets and replenishing
amenities, linens, towels and supplies in the guestroom as needed. Previous
experience in a premier hotel is preferred. Must be able to work nights,
holidays and weekends.
Guest Service Operator (F/T)
This individual is responsible for answering all external and internal calls in
a professional, friendly and courteous manner. He/she must have excellent verbal
communication skills to include speaking clearly and in a professional tone of
voice. He/she must be able to multitask and be able to manage a multi-line phone
board. Previous customer service experience is preferred. This individual
must be customer service oriented in order to exceed the guests expectations
and to provide anticipatory service. Must be able to work a flexible schedule
including weekends and holidays.
Duck Club Host/Hostess (P/T) (P.M.)
He/she is responsible for seating and greeting guests in the dining room in
a friendly and courteous manner and taking reservations and Room Service
orders when necessary. This individual must have excellent verbal communication
skills and must be able to work holidays and weekends. Previous experience is preferred.
Line Cook – (F/T)
He/she prepares food needed in the Duck Club to meet high quality food standards.
This individual sets-up, restocks and maintains food preparation areas, while adhering
to recipes including specific knife cuts and correct cooking procedures. Cooks meals
according to individual tickets in accordance with specifications. Must be able to
work nights and weekends. Must be able to communicate in English. 2+ years
Culinary experience is required.
Bartender (P/T)
He/she prepares and mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic
drinks and food to patrons in the lounge by performing these duties
in a friendly and professional manner. Must be able to effectively
communicate in English. Must be proficient with POS. 2+ years previous
hotel/restaurant bartending experience is preferred. Must be able
to work holidays, and weekends.
Bell Person (F/T)
He/she provides courteous and professional service to our guests.
This individual is responsible for assisting guests checking in
and out with their luggage. Provides information of the local area
to our guests. Delivers all guest faxes and special deliveries.
Drives hotel shuttle. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must have a clear DMV record.
Housekeeping Houseperson (F/T)
Provides support to all room attendants by delivering additional
linen and removing soiled linen from the Room Attendant carts when
necessary, emptying trash receptacles, vacuuming guest floor hallways
and all public areas. Must be able to communicate in English and
must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends
and holidays.
Room Attendant (P/T)
This individual takes Room Service orders over the telephone accurately and in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, while utilizing the proper greeting and up selling food & beverage. This individual may also serves meals to guests in their rooms while ensuring the hotel's high quality standards are met. Must have strong verbal communication skills. Previous food & beverage experience is preferred. Must be able to work holidays, nights and weekends.
Banquet Houseperson (P/T)
He/she will be responsible for setting, servicing, cleaning and
breaking down banquet and meeting rooms. Must be able to read and
communicate in English. Must be able to work nights holidays and
weekends.
Graveyard Bell Person (P/T)
Graveyard Bell Person (P/T)—He/she will assist guests with
their luggage and will deliver all guest faxes, special deliveries,
he/she will drive the hotel shuttle and he/she will also be responsible
for taking, preparing and delivering room service orders and will
patrol the hotel and it’s grounds throughout the shift. He/she
will work two Bell person shifts per week. The ideal candidate must
have a clear DMV record and must be able to multi-task with limited
supervision.
Banquet Server (On Call)
Must have 2+ years prior Banquet service experience in an upscale
environment, hotel experience is preferred. Must have excellent
customer service skills and must be able to communicate effectively
in a friendly and professional manner. Bartending experience is
a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days,
nights holidays and weekends. |
