General Policies

Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa guestrooms and interior public areas are 100% non-smoking.
Hotel Room Tax: 10 percent
Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: Noon
Guarantee and Deposit: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card which will be charged a deposit equivalent to one night room and tax at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
Credit Cards Accepted: American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa
Cancellation Policy: 48-hour cancellation notice required. Seven-day cancellation notice required for special events.
Children 17 years of age and under stay free if sharing a room with adults.
Crib: Available at no extra charge. Limit 1 crib per guestroom.
Roll Away: Available at $20 per night. (Limit 1 rollaway per room. Available in designated rooms only).
$1.00 nightly county tourism assessment fee.
Resort Fee: $25 per night, per room. Resort Fee includes valet parking for one vehicle, high-speed wireless Internet access and the use of the spa recreational facilities including the fitness center, whirlpool tubs, sundeck, and sauna.
