Remains the Only Hotel, Restaurant, Spa, in San Francisco East Bay to Be Recognized with this Honor
The Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa and its Duck Club Restaurant were awarded the Five Star Diamond award by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences for the fourth consecutive year. The hotel's spa was also recognized in the Spa category.
The hotel, restaurant, and spa are the only recipients in the San Francisco East Bay to receive the award, and join an elite list of other Five Star Diamond recipients including The Plaza in New York; the Hotel Ritz in Paris; The Dorchester Hotel in London; Le Cirque in New York. To date, there are only 140 hotels and 650 restaurants worldwide that have received this award.

Bart Opens Up Link To SFO
Guests of Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa can now reach San Francisco International Airport (SFO) via BART. The new link, opened recently, departs from Lafayette every 15 minutes en route to the Millbrae station and then onto SFO. The one-way trip lasts approximately one hour. For more information call the hotel's Concierge or visit www.bart.gov.
